The Vendue’s Hotel Policies

We use a public parking facility for guest vehicles. Valet Parking is available at $30 per night plus tax. Self-parking is available via public parking and subject to availability. Vehicles over 7 feet in height, trailers, and motorcycles are not permitted in the garage used for valet parking and therefore must be self-parked elsewhere. We only allow dogs up to 50lbs and no more than 2 dogs per room. Dogs are only permitted in our Interior Queen, Interior King, and Interior Double Queen room types. There is a $95 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas and are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets. Guest must be present and pet crated while any member of the hotel staff, such as housekeeping or engineering, is in the room. Room cleaning must be scheduled in advance for the time when the dog is not in the room or the owner present. Dogs cannot be left unattended in your room. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Guest is responsible for any damage caused by the dog.
CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT POLICIES
Check-in time is 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am. The Vendue is unable to guarantee rooms before standard check-in time.
Any changes or cancellations must be done at least 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room rate plus tax. Changes or cancellations within 72 hours prior to date of arrival will result in this penalty. Group block reservations require 7-day cancellation prior to date of arrival to avoid penalty.
CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT POLICY
In adherence with our cancellation policy, The Vendue hotel will post charges for the first night room and tax 72 hours (3 days ) prior to your check-in date. In the event these charges do not go through using the credit card on file, our staff will make multiple attempts to get in touch with you to obtain a valid form of payment. If we are unable to collect a valid form of payment, the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Please note that once the reservation is canceled, the room is released and we cannot guarantee availability. Should you want to use a different form of payment upon check-in, please let us know and we will be happy to handle that for you at that time.
CONTRACTED GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY
Any changes or cancellations must be done prior to a release date agreed on per contract to avoid charges. Changes or cancellations past a release date will result in a 100% penalty. (Room + tax)
GUARANTEED RATES/ PREPAID DEPOSITS
On non-refundable reservations, the room type and rate cannot be altered. With an Advanced Purchase reservation; should it be changed or canceled for any reason, the payment will not be refunded.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION POLICY
Upon arrival the credit/debit card presented will be authorized for the total amount of your stay. The credit/debit card authorization will hold the funds from your account and any unused portion of the authorization will be returned to your account after you check-out. A financial institution may place a hold or authorization on an account for several business days after departure. We advise to use a Credit Card to guarantee a reservation rather than a debit card to prevent any complications when traveling.
