Alexandra Grounds

Alexandra Grounds (b.1998, Arizona) is an American oil painter specializing in large-scale portraiture. Based in New York City, she received a Bachelor in Fine Arts with departmental honors from Columbia University. Her bold, larger than life portraits depict iconic females, contemporary peers, and herself – all radiating with color and energy. Grounds has an international presence with her work currently held in the World Trade Center, Castello di Ugento Museum in Italy, as well as numerous private collections in the US, UK, and Mexico.
